Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel

The staff was truly fantastic. Best customer service I've experienced at a hotel in a long, long time. When an issue arose with my original room, they immediately transferred me. The shuttle was excellent and had drivers available when I needed to travel, everything I needed, the staff did their best to accommodate. The staff at the restaurant was great, the breakfast was generous if expensive compared to others in town.

The hotel was walking distance to the finish line for the Dam to DSM race, which brought us to town. The room had a refrigerator, which was helpful and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower.

Gorgeous decor and over the top friendly staff. Was given a complimentary upgrade without asking. Shuttle driver was awesome - took us to the music venue for a concert and picked us up. Love this hotel.

The staff was terrific especially front desk and shuttle driver(Bobby). Very helpful and friendly. Willing to do whatever you needed. Location was great.

Breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional. Room was very nice and spacious. King bed was wonderful and they provide you with lots of pillows . Bathrooms were recently remodeled and the whole place was top notch. Close to dining, bars, nightlife. Young man at check-in had our room card ready literally 45 sec after walking up to the desk. I've never had a check in so quick and efficient. I forget his name (Riley/Ryan?) but he was exceptional. Made a few recommendations for dining and things to do while we were in Des Moines.
